“Love love love this place! Not only are the workouts fun and challenging, but Marc the owner really takes his time to help everyone in class, even if he has to modify the workouts a bit for you he dose it with a smile. This place is super clean. You can tell Marc takes great pride in what he does! The memberships are pretty standard 6 month commitment or month to month and much less than other places I have been to. I use to only work out 2, maybe 3 times a week, but now find myself there 4 days a week, and I feel amazing. Plus, the no class times give me the ability to just show up and get my 10 rounds in. I highly recommend B&B to everyone.“

“Definitely give this place a try! Marc is amazing! I have a boatload of “issues “ bad back, bad knee, bad hip etc…. And Marc takes the time every time I’m in to customize that day’s workout for me making it challenging enough without causing me additional pain. I stayed away from working out “officially “ for years because of my limitations but when this place opened I thought I’d try it since it had a few day trial ….and I loved it! Now I’m back more times a week than I ever expected I’d do! Marc is really caring and he knows a lot! Some of the exercises he has me do are ones my physical therapist had given to me ( but I forgot about over time). I also love how it’s stations and that even if there are other people working out at same time you are going against yourself; while at same time you still develop camaraderie with the others when at the “red light” you all join in for a short group exercise before moving to next station. And of course everyone’s favorite station is when you go at Marc wearing mitts or pads. The workout really gets your frustrations out! (Very helpful during my recent remodel). I can really feel the difference in my core since starting here and his drop in hours are great since as long as you pick days and times he’s open you don’t have to worry if Georgia traffic put you behind in getting to your workout. Seriously I’m loving this! Some days I go twice a day! I do mornings and then come back at night to do work out with my teens.“
